How I Used ChatGPT and Gamma to Build a 90-Day Game Plan I Actually Follow

I made $60,000 in April. Not from a salary. Not from one big deal. From executing a plan that an AI built from everything it already knew about me.

Let me back up.

A few months ago I sat down with ChatGPT and gave it the full breakdown. Every project I'm working on. My current revenue streams. The life I actually want. Not the "realistic" version. The real one. The apartment with the view. The flights booked on a Tuesday. The kind of life where I'm not checking the price first.

Then this month, ChatGPT connected with Gamma. And everything changed.

The backstory nobody talks about

I'm Naya. Software engineer. Born in Zimbabwe, raised by a single mom in Queens with my little brother. Did the immigrant kid starter pack: honor roll, finance degree, "stable" career path.

But stable never made my heart sing.

So in January I built a custom GPT and started feeding it everything. My goals, my timelines, my revenue numbers, my ambitions. I'd been using Gamma separately to visualize my tasks and progress for months. I talked about this on my Instagram and on my Substack before it was a feature.

The ChatGPT and Gamma connector just made the workflow seamless.

What I actually did

I gave ChatGPT one prompt:

Using everything ChatGPT knows about me and my goals, build me a
quarterly game plan that gets me to the life I keep describing.

That's it. One sentence.

It pulled every scattered conversation I'd had into one deck. The patterns in my goals I hadn't noticed. The skill gaps I'd been avoiding. A 90-day roadmap that felt like future me came back and handed me the blueprint.

And this was not generic AI advice. It gave me specific goals. Who to contact. What to send out. What projects to lean into. What to stop doing.

Every morning now I open the deck Gamma made, look at what's on the plan, and execute.

The prompt that built my operating system

The real power is in how you ask. Here's the full prompt I use to generate my quarterly strategy deck. Copy it, fill in the brackets, and run it in ChatGPT with the Gamma connector enabled.

Knowing what you know about me already (including my flaws,
hesitations, etc.) create a premium quarterly operating plan deck
for [NAME / BRAND].

Make it feel like a private CEO strategy deck for becoming
[DESIRED IDENTITY], while building
[BUSINESS / PLATFORM / LIFESTYLE GOAL].

Context:
I am [CURRENT ROLE / IDENTITY] with
[AUDIENCE SIZE / CUSTOMER BASE / CREDIBILITY POINTS].
My audience/customers are [WHO YOU SERVE].
I have already proven [PROOF OF TRACTION], and I want to scale
toward [BIG GOAL] through [REVENUE STREAMS / GROWTH CHANNELS].

I am currently building [PRODUCT / OFFER / COMPANY] with
[CURRENT TRACTION]. I want it to evolve into
[BIGGER POSITIONING / CATEGORY].

I am also pursuing
[CREDIBILITY PILLAR / UPCOMING OPPORTUNITY / MAJOR LIFE EVENT],
which should become a major authority-building asset.

My brand/company is evolving from [OLD POSITIONING] into
[NEW POSITIONING].

Give me a specific quarter-by-quarter game plan with:
- What to build
- What to publish
- Who to contact
- What to pitch
- What to send
- What to measure
- What to delegate
- What to stop doing
- What projects to prioritize
- How to turn visibility into owned revenue

Be extremely specific. Name company categories, partner types,
outreach angles, projects, features, content series, sales assets,
offer ideas, team roles, metrics, and weekly routines.

Do not give vague advice. Do not tell me to "grow partnerships"
without naming who to contact and what to pitch. Do not tell me to
"build authority" without naming the projects, proof points, talks,
and assets to create. Do not tell me to "scale the product" without
naming the features, user research, launch assets, and growth loops
to focus on.

Use Gamma's best judgment to organize the deck beautifully.

Tone:
Strategic, direct, premium, elegant, specific, founder-minded,
and non-corny.

Visual style:
Premium editorial strategy deck. Abstract visuals. Colorful but
sophisticated. Use dashboards, timelines, gradients, systems
diagrams, scorecards, and strategy maps. No realistic people.

End with a 90-day checklist and a weekly operating system. @gamma

Why this works and generic planning does not

Most people use AI to brainstorm. They get a list of ideas, feel inspired for twenty minutes, and then go back to doing what they were already doing.

This is different because ChatGPT already has context on you. It knows your revenue, your audience, your strengths, your blind spots, and the goals you keep circling back to. When you connect that context to Gamma, it does not give you a motivational poster. It gives you a strategy deck with real names, real deadlines, and real accountability.

The deck I got back had:

  • Quarter-by-quarter milestones tied to my actual revenue targets
  • Specific outreach lists with the types of companies and partners to contact
  • Content calendars built around my existing platforms
  • A weekly operating system so I know exactly what to do every Monday morning
  • A "stop doing" list that was honestly the most valuable part

How to set this up yourself

Step 1: If you haven't already, start telling ChatGPT about your life. Your goals, your income, your projects, your ambitions. The more context it has, the better the output.

Step 2: Enable the Gamma connector in ChatGPT.

Step 3: Copy the prompt above. Fill in every bracket with your real information. Be honest. The more specific you are, the more specific the plan will be.

Step 4: Run it. Review the deck Gamma generates. Adjust anything that feels off.

Step 5: Open the deck every morning. Execute what's on the plan. That's it.

The real point

I'm not more special than you. I just stopped fantasizing about the life I wanted and started building a system to get there. The tools exist right now. ChatGPT knows what you want if you've been telling it. Gamma can turn that into something you actually follow.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is not talent. It's not luck. It's a plan you actually execute.

Build the deck. Run the plan. See what happens in 90 days.
